Just a quick Monday update...
Connor was released from the NICU on Sunday night around 7:30PM.
His repeat bili at 6PM stayed the same as the morning one rather than going up. However when we got there they changed their plan and didnt want to release him unless it dropped, and planned on keeping him one more night.
The nurses in the NICU, and Richard and myself thought this was silly as all they were doing for him was feeding on demand, and using a bili blanket...things we can do at home.
So...after some back and forth with a resident, and the neonatologist on call...Connor came home with us.
This afternoon, we'll see our family pediatrician for a check up and bili check again.
Hopefully things are on the way to being normal again
