First Day Of School!
She has been SO excited for today to come...I mean to the point of her being totally annoying about it (LOL!) Got up early, had a "mommy egg" and toast (for those of you not familiar with this...its a sunnyside up egg, only called a "mommy egg" because its my favorite. "Daddy eggs" are scrambled) Rebecca and Sarah showed up so we could walk them to school with us and she was excited all the way there. Got to the school and she started to get a bit upset. Very clingy and wouldnt leg go of my arm.
It was mass chaos with kids running everywhere, but we found our line outside for Miss W's kindergarten class and waited to go in....still clinging to me.
Got inside and found her locker....still clinging to me
Made our way in the room...still clinging to me
When Daddy and I tried to leave....clinging to me complete with tears
I was holding it all together myself up to this point.

I really did NOT expect her to react this way, but its normal, right?
We stayed a little while until she calmed back down and made her way into the room.
Since I haven't gotten a phone call..I think its safe to assume, things are fine now. I'm sure tomorrow will be better.
