Our house is finally up on the MLS, and we think we found a great house in NY (will have to wait until we actually SEE it though)
We've sort of dropped the ball on moving prep over the last few days as we recup from this illness and get ready for the holiday. Who wants to celebrate Christmas in a bare home anyway? So once the holiday is over, we'll kick into overdrive and get it done.

Cassidy is asking for a puppy from Santa! Yes...a "real" puppy. She seems to think that if she asks Santa, he'll give her what she asks for. I had to break it to her that mama and daddy have to sign off on Santa's list...so if we say no puppy....Santa won't be bringing a puppy! Yeah, thats all we need with four kids, a cat and a big move....a new puppy!
So then she says...she wants a "robot mom". I ask her why and why is not the real thing not good enough. Her reply? "Mama, well, you won't clean my room, and its sooooooo hard, I thought a robot mom could do it"
Well....at least she has imagination!
