Fire Rove

With all of that said, I have Air America Radio in my house again. I finally sat and messed with my iBook and got the wireless working again. It is now set up in my kitchen, with speakers and serves as my radio (and on the spot, recipe look up tool!)

On the DAY I did this, I found AAR on a station out of Binghamton, and also a new AAR station in Ithaca. What was that O'Reilly? You say AAR listenership is going down? Baah...I can now get AAR on just as many AM stations as I can get you.

Its just nice to be back in the reality based community again. No longer do I need to subject myself to the omission, slant and outright lies from the fantasy based on the radio dial (O' Reilly, Hannity and the biggest bigot and liar of them all, Mike Gallagher) I have to admit, it was kind of fun to listen to them call themselves Christian one minute then lie the very next. It was rather amusing to listen to them rage about the "liberal media" then use Fox News as their sole news source. Just gut busting funny I tell you.

In ending...hug your favorite conservative today. Really...I mean it. They're going to need it. The fantasy world they've built during their occupation of the White House is crumbling.

Around a year ago on this day..

I knew that! Rove is not news, Mama. He’s just not. News is………a terrorist arrested in London. News is a SCOTUS nominee.

Actually, your wrong (at least partly) Rove *is* news. Here you have what some would call a conspiracy to discredit someone who opposed the administration’s agenda (on the war). The bigger news will be what the grand jury comes up with in the end. Yes a terrorist arrested in London is news. SCOTUS nominee? Is just as newsworthy as Rove. The way I see it, the SCOTUS nomination was put together pretty quickly, specifically to take the spotlight off Rove. That worked for what, 24 hours? As far as the nominee goes, hes not as bad as some of the names that were tossed around.

This administration is all about diversion.
And ya know what…even if it turns out not to be Rove (although the administration has already lied on his behalf about his involvement) SOMEONE is in trouble for the leak. And it won’t be a secretary or aide…mark my words.

Ok, we need to chat, not clog your blog with this stuff. people gonna think we fighting or something. For the record, readers, we are not. But what does Rove saying “yeah I heard that” have to do with news? It was the reporter who did the talking. I really think the libs are reaching on this one, trying to make a mountain from a less-than-molehill. But that’s always the case when Rove is involved. There was more to go right here, but dh is breathing down my neck, and I forgot what i was gonna say. AS IF there was not a computer right behind me????????

Hey! Whatever happened to that poli-blog we were gonna do?

Not that anyone is still reading these comments ;) But Fee..I’m actually not THAT far left. I’d consider Carville way more left than myself.

Honestly, pre-Bush, I’d have considered myself a fairly conservative democrat. But Bush policies, and the neocon agenda just drives me further left, or so it would seem anyway.

Well, you know, I would much rather live under the laws of the United States, than under sharia law. I consider it news when you have folks trying to impose the sharia law and doing whatever they can do make that happen.

Lola, so do you assume I’m for sharia law? ROFLMAO.
    Nor do I defend terrorists…period.

My issue is that Iraq shouldnt have been top priority. We could have um, finished the job in Afganistan for starters, anyone remember Bin Laden? Maybe stopped the genocide in Africa. If we’re going to start slapping the hands of ultra conservative arab nations, lets start with Saudi Arabia instead of coddling them.
And as of right now, because Dubya has created such a freaking mess in Iraq, we do not have the military to do “the right thing” elsewhere.
