Majority Leader Tom DeLay indicted on one count of criminal conspiracy
by Texas grand jury, according to Travis County clerk's office.

Same thing on MSNBC . And OMG, on Fox News too (though you'll have to grit though typing that one out yourself. I refuse to link to them!)
