October 26th, 2005In my mailbox this morning was a lovely card from my SP and some really cute and SMALL stitch markers ideal for when making socks! What a fab idea!!!!
Annnnd, she hooked me up with something special that I asked her about. Can't post about it just yet cuz its super stealthy secret!

What is a secret pal?

Over on the right, under “knitalongs” you’ll see a button for “Secret Pal 6″. The basic explanation is that its a secret swap. You sign up for the secret pal round (this one is round 6) The organizers, pair you up with someone. The person I send packages to is not hte same person who sends gifties to me. So its uber secret. We remain secret until the end of the swap then “reveal” ourselves. Unfortunatley I outed myself to the pal I send packages to, quite by accident

Do you enjoy the “real” stitch markers? I kep thinkinag about using them instead of safety pins, but I use a bazillion markers at a time, and the pins are so darn cheap, comparatively.
