Whatta day!
I had to take Connor in to the pediatrician this morning since hes covered, head to toe in a splotchy rash, AND, the injection site of his DTaP vaccination is very red, very swollen. Now the rash alone, I would have blamed on the amoxicillin hes been on. Dylan reacts to it this way. But Dr D says no, its part of his reaction to the DTaP (now y'all know already how much I hate vaccinations right? This incident just makes me more anti-vax!) Its bad enough that Dr D, is reporting it to the powers that be. He has to go back on Monday for a re check, unless of course it gets worse before then.
Then I had to go shopping. I know, hard work huh? But it wasn't holiday shopping, it was clothes shopping (again, hard work huh?) Somehow I've lost 40lbs since I had Connor. My beloved Levis just didn't cut it anymore, they were literally falling off me. So off I went to try on jeans. I came home with 2 new pairs. One of which, is get this, SIZE 14! I have not been a size 14 in well, a very very long time! And damn, they look good on me!
And goodies in the mail! My Secret Pal 6 sent me some gifties, that require their own blog entry, which hopefully I'll get to tonight somewhere between dinner and "LOST". She also revealed herself to me, [drumroll please] She is Chauntel of Fire Brunette! She has a lovely blog, go check it out!
