Tonight was Stephanie's talk at Creekside Books & Coffee, and boy was it a HOOT! Of course when I asked her for a picture for my blog, she had to reach for her sock...and my sock is thrown in there too ( I had thought about bringing my Sockapaloooza Badcauls but I'm at the heel, and I didn't think trying to short row a heel, while Stephanie made me laugh out loud was a good idea. Instead the second Kroy Retro Rib sock made the journey to Skaneateles)
Ok, enough about socks, back to the Harlot. The room was packed, the knitting needles were a clickin'. And at least twice I laughed so hard, that my eyes started to water.
During the post-talk Q&A, Stephanie demonstrated how she learned to knit from her Nana. Having never seen production knitting in action before, it was quite amazing.
