Yes finally, Loren and I were able to get together after having to cancel a few weeks ago. And yes, this is the only picture! Good bloggers, have lots of pictures. But good bloggers having loads of fun, and enjoying the company of a good friend, well, sort of makes you forget to take pictures.
We had tea, we had scones, and lots of wool. Seriously, tomorrow when I take pictures in proper light, of the boatload of wool that Loren sent me home with, you will not believe how generous she is. I officially have more spinning wool in this house, than I will be able to spin this year (ok, that may be a stretch) But I do need to shop for some hand cards so I can finish preparing this boatload of wooly goodness. Hopefully I'll find a deal on eBay.
Not only did I get to feed Amelia again (who can finish off a pint of milk in less than 30 seconds), we washed and carded wool, then spent the rest of the afternoon chatting and spinning. I only wish there weren't so many miles between our homes so we could hang out more often.
