Socks are ready to GO!

They are DONE! I finished them up last Thursday night while watching some late night TV, kitched the toe sometime over the weekend, put them in a soapy bath this morning, and this afternoon they are dry, blocked, and ready to be mailed on to my pal tomorrow.
Yarn: Kroy Socks 4ply in "Stained Glass" colorway
Needles: Crystal Palace Bamboo DPNs - US2
Pattern: Retro Rib Socks from Interweave Knits - Winter 2004
I admit, I did a crappy job with my sock band wrapper thingamajig. But its the best I could do with no card stock and a trial version of Adobe Elements on the mac (the PC is still non functioning)
And I don't have a post card to send with it. I can NEVER find post cards, ever. I'm going to look again tonight when I run out to do a few errands, but I'm not counting on it.

Yay Carla! I think the lable looks fine, but if you’re really irritated with it you can always printo off one of the official Sockapalooza labels over at the Blue Blog.
I can’t find a postcard either–probably because I live in an icky post-industrial midwestern town!

Gee, the label on the socks was the first thing that grabbed my attention in the photo. I think it looks great! The socks are terrific as well. I’m sure your pal will be very pleased!!
