I'm not sure if its the blistering cold winds, the ever present upstate New York snow, the fact that I'm having difficulty getting the store bought handles on the felted hoe down bag.. or what. I'm just grumpy today. I kind of just want to grab a book, go back to bed under my down comforter and totally veg out.

Ah well.. that isn't going to happen.

So anyway, I was looking through my box o' buttons from my Gram, looking for something to use on the hoe down bag (and came up with nothing appropriate) but I did see these little vintage treasures, that I totally forgot about. That diaper pin is probably from my days of babyhood. And the wooden "dickel" (yep thats what its called) is older than my baby days!
