Weasley - DONE!

January 30th, 2007

Done done done! Granted my seaming could have gone better (I have never seamed anything. Can you believe that?) I also decided to go with gray for the "R" instead of white. The white was just too much contrast. Although the "R" looks a little crooked in the image, its just the way its laying. Lets just say a little prayer that the neck opening indeed will stretch enough to fit over Ry's little noggin!
Now off to freakin' finish the lining on that hoe down bag so I can get back to Rogue!

R looks good, I agree..white woulda been too bright. Seaming…yuk! I dislike the idea of doing it which is why I always knit in the round when possible, hence the need to steek vests!!!! However I am knitting a vest which will need seaming (which I’ve never done either)because I saw a vest hanging on the rack at “In Stitches”, which had an easy pattern I could purchase. So a seaming I will go…….eventually

My goodness what a crop of work on the go, do you have flying finger syndrome!!! I love the darker color for the letter, your right much better than the stark white. !

WOW. It looks great, Carla - I can’t believe the duplicate stitch, it looks perfect - mine usually goes wonky on verticals somewhere or other. And Rogue is of course looking beautiful. which is what it does.

    Peace,
    (oops, almost signed actual name..)
