Random Tuesday

I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel finally, as I wrap up the 6th and final repeat of the Sun Ray Shawl.
Of course, lace still on the needles looks like a floppy mess, but by the time the kids are tucked in tonight, I'll be able to soak, and pin it out for blocking. (Click the image for larger view)
I've had a lot of fun working on this. So much that I see many more shawls in my future. Speaking of which, have you seen Susan's new creation, Spring Things? Its definitely on my list - just as soon as I finish the Wing Of The Moth, which has been sitting, neglected, for far too long.


And heres some Connor Cuteness to brighten your Tuesday evening.
Connor's speech therapist brought along some finger paints today (obviously!) to try blowing paint through straws.
As far as Connor was concerned, "who needs straws?"
