Its been a banner day here at Chez Martin..

Not only did I manage to move the database and blog backup, without losing years of documented memories, or pulling a single hair out of my head, but Richard went out and got himself a J.O.B.!

Ok, to be fair, its not like hes been sitting around on his butt doing nothing. Hes been working his arse off on lots of contract work, and getting prepared for an adjunct teaching gig, but today he received an offer from a company that is seriously impressive and can't be turned down.  Besides the no-brainer aspects of this offer, we also get to stay where we are.

Most would question that statement, considering how vocal I've been in my dislike of Central New York (well, New York as a whole really). But our children are happy here. We have great friends here. And honestly, I totally despise moving.

Its been a very good day.

So hip hip hooray for my incredibly talented husband with the mad web/code/design/development skillz!
