Sweet Potato Fries with Basil Salt and Garlic Mayonnaise

When Richard asked me what I wanted for my birthday dinner, I set to task looking for recipes I thought I might like to try. This one looked very intriguing. Being a sweet potato fry purist, I was skeptical about the basil salt, and the garlic mayo dressing. But maaaaan, these were amazing. I mean really amazing. I could make a meal out of these alone.

Go. Make them. Now.

    Happy Be-lated Birthday! It looks yummy. Thanks for the recipe link. I just tried the recipe with potatoes, my kids liked the homemade fries. I’ll try it will all the ingredients next time.
