OMG!! I wish I had some money to spare! That is an incredible ad. I am so struggling with this election. I love Edwards. But the chance to get a woman or an african-american in office is real. I just don’t know! I have never been undecided this long into the year. I guess I will just keep reading and watching.

It didn’t make a difference to me as far as losing weight or anything like that. It did help me stop gaining weight though. It also made my blood work numbers come back better but I saw no real world benefits from taking it. Since I stopped taking it I have gained more weight though so I need to get back on it. I take 2000mg a day.
